Venue: Texas Federation of Women’s Clubs Mansion

Billy & Kate Lynn’s wedding at the Texas Federation of Women’s Clubs Headquarters was a wonderfully elegant affair. The bridesmaids wore blush and the groomsmen were decked out in tuxedos as they celebrated the happy couple’s special day.
After pronouncing their vows in the main ballroom in front of our coral blue up-lighting, the room was transitioned for the reception and dance party. DJ Nick played old and new favorites alike, keeping guests on the dance floor all night. An air-guitar competition broke out when he played “Living on a Prayer”, followed by a sing-along to Beyonce.
Simply referred to as “The Mansion”, the Texas Federation of Women’s Clubs Headquarters is one of the oldest and most historically rich venues in Austin, Texas. Opened in 1931, the Mansion is a Texas Historic Landmark nestled in West Campus, near the University of Texas. Its lineage is connected to Laguna Gloria through Clara Driscoll, who helped fund completion of the Mansion.
After an incredible night of fun and dancing, Billy & Kate Lynn exited to their limousine waiting in front of the mansion. Thank you for having us DJ your Austin wedding, and congratulations!
